Timelapse Challenge
Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) will govern over the following Timelapse Trading Challenge (“Trading Challenge”) and shall prevail in the event of any conflict, discrepancy or otherwise inconsistency with any other communications including, without limitation, eventual advertising, or promotional materials.

This Trading Challenge is being organized by and under the responsibility of FunderPro Ltd. (hereinafter referred to “FunderPro”, “We”, “Our”).

The following T&Cs are to be read carefully and in their entirety before participating in the Trading Challenge. You (“You”, “Your” or “Participant”) will be under no obligation to participate in the Trading Challenge and if You have any reservations or difficulty in fully understanding, or otherwise disagree with these T&Cs, whether completely or in part, You should not participate in the Trading Challenge.

Furthermore, by participating in the following Trading Challenge, You would be accepting FunderPro’s and Tradelocker’s (“Tradelocker”) General Terms and Conditions (“GTCs”).

1- TERM

• The current Trading Challenge will be launched on Monday the 7^th of February 2024 at 0:00 GMT +1.

• The Trading Challenge will be held for an unspecified period of time.

2- HOW TO PARTICIPATE AND ELIGIBILITY

• The rules of FunderPro and Tradelocker’s GTCs will apply to You in order to be considered as an eligible Participant, most importantly You need to be over 18 years of age to be considered as such.

• You will be considered as an eligible Participant once You take a creative time lapse of Your trading set up as explained on Our Instagram (“FunderPro Instagram Account”) post.

• You are NOT requested to have a registered account on Funderpro’s Website (“FunderPro Website”) or Tradelocker’s Website (“Tradelocker Website”) to be considered as an eligible Participant.

3- RULES OF THE TRADING CHALLENGE

• Once the time lapse of your set up has been taken, You are to post it from Your Instagram account and tag FunderPro, on the following handle @funderpro, and Tradelocker on @tradelockerofficial.

4- CLOSURE OF THE TADING CHALLENGE

• The Trading Challenge does not have an official date of closure.

• Once We decide to close the Trading Challenge, a post will be shared from FunderPro’s Instagram account to inform all the Participants that the Trading Challenge will be closing on a specific date and time.

5- WINNER AND PRIZE

• The Winner (“Winner”) will be chosen from the list of Participants by the FunderPro team. The team will choose the Winner depending on the most engaging time lapse video.

• A Winner will be chosen on a weekly basis, until the Trading Challenge is closed.

• The Winner will be contacted by FunderPro’s team on their Instagram account via Direct Message (“DM”).

• FunderPro will explain to the Winner in the DM that their details will be shared on FunderPro’s Instagram Account, showing that they have won the Trading Challenge. Moreover, FunderPro will only tag the Winner in the post and share their details once the Winner gives their full consent.

• Subject to these T&Cs the Winner will be awarded the Prize (“Prize”) of USD twenty-five thousand (USD 25,0000) FunderPro Challenge (“Challenge”).

• Once the Challenge has been awarded to the Winner, the Winner is to decide what Challenge Type (“Challenge Type”) they want as explained on FunderPro’s Website. The Winner can choose from the following Challenge Type:

• 2 -Phase-Swing Trading;

• 2-Phase – Day Trading or;

• Single Phase.

6- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

• All Personal Data of the Participant is protected by FunderPro, in accordance General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and applicable national laws and regulations.

• FunderPro may take all the necessary measures to protect the personal data of the participants including, without limitation, seeking and obtaining appropriate consents, implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures, and ensuring that all data processing activities are lawful, fair, and transparent.

7- DISCLAIMER

• We reserve the right, and in Our sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, suspend and/or modify the Trading Challenge, or any part of it, at any time, without notice, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Trading Challenge in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award a Prize using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of the termination/suspension date, due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances beyond Our control.

• Without prejudice to the foregoing, to the extent permitted by applicable law, FunderPro’s liability under or in connection with the Trading Challenge or these T&Cs shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
