Frequently Asked Questions

To spend your FunderPro Tokens and redeem rewards: 

1. Open the FunderPro Loyalty Widget in the bottom-right corner of your Dashboard. 
2. Click on “Marketplace”. 
3. Select the prize you want and click the corresponding button. 
4. You'll receive a confirmation email with the details. 

Important Note About Redeeming Rewards

In order to receive the confirmation email (e.g. the discount code, if that it the reward you redeemed), you need to be subscribed to the marketing communications. To do so:

• Log in to FunderPro
• Click on "My Profile"
• Tick the box "Please send me promotional material, including coupons, news, and product updates (we will never spam you!)"
• Click "Update"
