Recently, a warning label appeared on our Trustpilot profile. We understand that for a company built on trust and transparency like FunderPro, this can raise concerns.
We want to address this situation directly, explain what triggered the warning, and outline the steps we are actively taking to resolve it.
What Happened?
Trustpilot applies Consumer Warnings when its automated systems or manual reviewers detect unusual review activity. In our case, we observed two conflicting patterns that likely triggered the alert:
- Coordinated negative attacks: A surge of one-star reviews from accounts that do not match any trader records in our database, including no matching email, no funded account history, and no verifiable Trader ID.
- Unsolicited promotional reviews: A series of five-star reviews that appear to be posted by third-party services or bots, often promoting external tools or recovery services unrelated to FunderPro.
While we genuinely appreciate positive feedback, we do not condone, purchase, or incentivize fake reviews. Both patterns undermine the integrity of our profile, which is why we are working directly with Trustpilot to remove inaccurate and misleading content.
What the Warning Does Not Mean
- It does not mean FunderPro is scamming traders or buying reviews.
- It does not mean our payouts, trading infrastructure, or operations are affected.
- It does mean Trustpilot is conducting a formal review to ensure all published feedback comes from genuine customers.
The Evidence We Are Seeing
To remain fully transparent, here are the specific patterns we have identified and shared with Trustpilot:
- Ghost reviewers: Multiple one-star reviews from profiles created on the same day, containing no specific details about the alleged issue and no response when asked to provide a Trader ID.
- Third-party spam activity: Five-star reviews that are effectively advertisements for unrelated services. These should have been flagged earlier, but our priority was resolving legitimate trader support cases.
How We Are Fixing This
- Active cooperation: We are working directly with Trustpilot’s Content Integrity Team and have provided internal logs demonstrating that we cannot verify the identities behind these suspicious reviews.
- Review verification: We are implementing stricter internal review checks to flag feedback that does not include a valid trader or order reference.
- Direct support focus: We encourage traders with legitimate concerns to contact our 24/7 support team directly. Our priority is resolving real issues, not engaging with unverifiable claims.
A Request to Our Community
If you are a genuine FunderPro trader and have left a review, we sincerely thank you. To help us verify and protect the integrity of your feedback, we kindly ask that you:
- Include your Trader ID or a partial reference in your review.
- If you encounter an issue, open a support ticket first. Our team can resolve problems faster and more securely through official support channels than through public comments.
Our Commitment
FunderPro was built on the principle of being the traders’ choice. We believe in merit-based funding, operational transparency, and honest feedback—positive or negative.
We expect this warning to be lifted once Trustpilot completes its investigation and fraudulent activity is fully removed from our profile. We will continue to provide updates as the process moves forward.
