If you genuinely traded in a way that is fully compliant with our rules and guidelines, you are more than welcome to provide any supporting evidence for our team to assess.

Our goal is to identify and support strong, disciplined traders, and we remain committed to fairness, transparency, and rewarding those who trade responsibly.

You may request a decision review only if you provide verifiable documents from the service provider proving exclusive use of the connection.

Required documentation:

Proof of service ownership (invoice/receipt/contract) showing the provider name, your full legal name, and service start date.
Provider dashboard screenshot showing the assigned public IP address, provider branding, and account/service identifier. (IP-lookup sites, terminals, trading platforms, RDP screenshots are not accepted.)
Exclusive use confirmation proving the IP was not shared, such as an invoice stating Dedicated IP/Server or written provider confirmation of single-user use.

Mobile/SIM and NAT connections are often shared, and VPS IPs may be reused unless dedicated. Only one appeal is allowed, and submitting documents does not guarantee reversal.

We carefully review all concerns raised by clients, particularly regarding asymmetrical trading, as uneven or non-standard trading patterns may indicate activity that conflicts with our trading rules.

If you feel there is additional context or material we may have missed, please share anything that could help us reassess this aspect of your case.

We take all feedback seriously, especially in matters involving margin violations, since exceeding margin limits can create significant risk and breaches of account conditions.

We treat every appeal with care, particularly when hedging or copytrading concerns are involved, as these practices can undermine the integrity of independent trading and violate program rules.

We take client input seriously, especially in cases of inconsistent trading behavior, as sudden or irregular shifts in execution may raise concerns about compliance with trading objectives.
