As an affiliate, you play a crucial role in promoting our services and products and helping us reach a broader audience. To ensure successful collaboration, we have established these Affiliate Guidelines, which outline the expectations and responsibilities of both parties. These guidelines, include provisions related to confidentiality, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and the ethical promotion of our brand.
By following these guidelines, you contribute to a transparent and trustworthy partnership that aligns with our commitment to provide the highest standards of ethical conduct and compliance. Please ensure that you adhere to these guidelines when promoting the Company’s services and products:
2. Avoid Misleading Clients
- Provide clear and accurate information about our Company’s services and products.
- Avoid exaggerations or making promises about potential earnings, guarantees, or outcomes.
3. Do Not Use Defamatory or Inappropriate Language
- Refrain from using any language that could harm the reputation of our Company, its employees, or third parties. This includes defamatory, false, or malicious statements for the Company, its employees and/or any third parties.
- Always communicate respectfully and professionally with clients, ensuring that no offensive or inappropriate content is shared.
4. Do Not Undermine Competitors
- Avoid underestimating or making negative comments about competitors’ reputation or services. Instead, focus on presenting the strengths and benefits of our Company without resorting to comparisons that may seem unprofessional.
- All communication should highlight the unique value we offer without casting aspersions on others in the industry.
5. Do Not Represent Yourself as an Employee or Agent of the Company
- You are an independent affiliate and must not represent yourself as an employee, agent, or official representative of the Company.
- Use appropriate language to reflect your role, such as “affiliate” or “partner,” to avoid confusion among potential clients.
6. Do Not Use Discriminatory Language
- Discrimination or harassment based on race, gender, religion, nationality, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic is strictly prohibited in any communications or Page 2 of 3 promotional materials.
- Maintain an inclusive and respectful approach in all your interactions with clients and partners.
7. Do Not Provide Investment Advice or Services
- Our Company does not offer investment services or investment advice. Ensure that you do not imply that our Company provides such services.
- Affiliates must refrain from offering or suggesting any form of financial advice or guidance that requires regulatory licensing when promoting the Company.
8. Avoid Offering Services That Require Licensing
- Affiliates should only promote the Company’s services as described in official communications, which are limited to prop trading challenges and related activities.
- Any services that require licensing, such as investment advice, portfolio management, or other regulated activities, must be clearly avoided in your communications.
9. Comply with Marketing Regulations
- Ensure all promotions and marketing efforts comply with the laws and regulations in your region, including data protection, consumer protection law.
- Any digital marketing or email campaigns must include appropriate disclaimers and unsubscribe options as required by law.
- Affiliates must seek assistance and further guidance from the Company if they are unsure about the compliance of any marketing materials with applicable regulations and the Company’s Policies before publication.
10. Transparency with Disclosures
- Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with the Company to potential clients to ensure transparency and avoid conflicts of interest.
- Include appropriate disclaimers where necessary, particularly in regions with specific regulatory requirement.

- Ensure all promotions and marketing efforts comply with the laws and regulations of the country you are promoting the Company’s services and products.

13. Respect Client Confidentiality
- Never share or misuse clients’ personal or financial information. Ensure that all data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR or any relevant local regulations.
14. Refrain from promoting in restricted jurisdictions
- Do not promote the Company’s services in jurisdictions where such services and/or products are restricted or prohibited by applicable laws. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the local restrictions and requirements.
15. Non-Compliance Consequences
- Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the termination of your affiliate agreement and potential legal action. We encourage you to maintain transparency, professionalism, and ethical behaviour in all dealings to protect both yourself and our Company.
