Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Affiliate Rolex Race promotion, sponsored by FunderPro. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and to the decisions of FunderPro, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion.

ROLEX is not endorsing, sponsoring, or otherwise involved in this promotion.

1. Promotion period
   This Promotion runs from June 3rd, 2026 at 00:00 UTC and finishes on July 30th, 2026 at 23:59 UTC.
2. Eligibility
   The Promotion is open to all registered FunderPro Affiliates aged 18 years or over. All existing and newly registered FunderPro Affiliates during the Promotion period are automatically entered. No separate registration is required.
3. Prizes
   The prizes for the Affiliate Rolex Race are as follows:

   5th	$150,000 Classic Challenge

   9th	$50,000 Classic Challenge
   10th	$50,000 Classic Challenge

   The Rolex Submariner shown in promotional materials is illustrative. The 1st place winner will receive this watch or one of equivalent value and specification.

4. How winners are decided
   1st place: The first Affiliate to generate 500 qualifying referrals during the Promotion period wins 1st place.

   Minimum threshold: If no Affiliate reaches 500 referrals by July 30th, the leading Affiliate must have generated a minimum of 350 qualifying referrals to be awarded 1st place. If the leading Affiliate has fewer than 350 referrals, 1st place is not awarded. The leading Affiliate is awarded 2nd place, the next-ranked Affiliate is awarded 3rd place, and the cascade continues. Where the cascade is applied, 10th place will not be awarded.

   2nd to 10th place: These places are decided by total qualifying referrals generated during the Promotion period, ranked highest to lowest.

   Tiebreaker: Where two or more Affiliates have an equal number of qualifying referrals, the Affiliate who reached that number first wins the higher place.

5. Qualifying referrals
   A qualifying referral is an individual who:
   • Signs up to FunderPro using a link or referral code associated with the Affiliate; and
   • Completes the first purchase of a FunderPro challenge product, including Classic Challenge, Instant Funded, or Easy Entry.

   Subsequent purchases by the same individual do not count as additional referrals. Refunded or charged-back purchases are deducted from the Affiliate’s referral count, including refunds or chargebacks processed after the Promotion end date.

6. One prize per Affiliate
   Each Affiliate may win one prize only. An Affiliate cannot place in more than one position.
7. Winner announcement and notification
   Winners will be announced and notified within two weeks of the Promotion end date, no later than August 13th, 2026. Notification will be sent to the email address registered on the Affiliate’s FunderPro account.
8. Prize delivery
   • Physical prizes, including the Rolex Submariner, Apple Watch Ultra, and AirPods Pro 2, will be shipped at FunderPro’s cost. Shipping insurance is included.
   • Challenge prizes for 4th to 10th place will be delivered as a Classic Challenge account credited to the winner’s FunderPro account within 14 days of winner confirmation.
   • Winners are responsible for any local taxes, duties, or charges applicable to receipt of the prize.
9. Marketing and publicity
   By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to participate in a written interview with FunderPro and consents to the use of their name, likeness, and Affiliate handle in FunderPro marketing materials related to the Promotion.
10. Fraud and breach of terms
    Affiliates found to be in breach of these Terms or the FunderPro Affiliate Terms & Conditions will not be eligible for any prize. This includes but is not limited to:
    • Self-referrals or referrals from accounts controlled by the Affiliate;
    • Creation of duplicate, fraudulent, or fake accounts;
    • Coordinated referral schemes; and
    • Any activity that compromises the fairness or integrity of the Promotion.

    FunderPro reserves the right to verify referrals, withhold prizes pending verification, and disqualify any Affiliate at its sole discretion.

11. Right to amend or cancel
    FunderPro reserves the right to amend these Terms, modify the Promotion mechanics, or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
12. Acceptance
    By participating in this Promotion, you accept these Terms, the FunderPro General Terms & Conditions and the Affiliate Terms & Conditions.

The Company does not provide any of the investment services listed in the First Schedule of the Investment Services Act, Chapter 370 of the laws of Malta, is not a broker, and does not accept deposits.
