These terms cover eligibility, participation, and the benefits of our special offers for traders for Halloween 2025. Please review them to understand your rights and obligations.

FunderPro Halloween Giveaway Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “T&Cs”) are approved and enacted by the Board of Directors of FunderPro Ltd, a limited liability company registered with the Malta Business Registry (“MBR”) under company registration number C 104558 and with registered address at 30/1, Kenilworth Court, Sir Augustus Bartolo Street, Ta’ Xbiex, XBX1093, Malta (hereinafter “FunderPro”, “we”, “our”, or “the Provider”, as applicable).

Subject to FunderPro’s General Terms and Conditions (the “GTC” – available at https://funderpro.com/terms-conditions/), these T&Cs apply to the FunderPro Halloween Giveaway (the “Promotion”). The Promotion provides participants with a limited-time opportunity to receive discounted Challenge purchases and enter a prize draw for exclusive rewards, as described herein.

Where any matters are not expressly covered under these T&Cs, the GTC shall apply. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between these T&Cs and the GTC, these T&Cs shall prevail for all matters concerning the Promotion.

These T&Cs are without prejudice to any further agreements that may be required between the Participant and FunderPro for the fulfillment of obligations arising from or connected with the Promotion.

Please read these T&Cs carefully. Participation is entirely voluntary. If you have any objections, reservations, or difficulties in understanding these terms, you should not participate in the Promotion or use FunderPro’s services.

1. Consent

By taking the steps required to participate in the Promotion as outlined under “How to Participate” below, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these T&Cs in full.

FunderPro reserves the right to amend or alter these T&Cs at any time, with or without prior notice. Any amendments will be published on FunderPro’s website and shall take immediate effect upon publication.

2. Term

The Promotion is valid from October 26, 2025, and shall remain open until November 2, 2025, 23:59 UTC (inclusive).

FunderPro reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend, postpone, modify, or discontinue the Promotion at any time, with or without advance notice. Any such updates will be communicated through official online channels or direct email communication to participants.

Entries submitted outside of the stated term will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

Participation in the Promotion is open to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

  • Are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

  • Are eligible to trade with FunderPro in accordance with the GTC and are not residents of any prohibited jurisdictions as defined therein.

Participants acknowledge that they are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable laws in their jurisdiction relating to their participation in this Promotion.

4. How to Participate

To enter the Promotion:

  1. Purchase any FunderPro Challenge (Classic, One Phase, or Pro) between October 26 and November 2, 2025 (23:59 UTC).

  2. Each qualifying purchase automatically generates entries into the draw—no additional forms or codes are required.

  3. Entry allocation per purchase:

    Challenges of $50,000 and below = 7 entries

    Challenges of $100,000 and above = 10 entries

  4. Participants may use the discount code SPOOKY20 at checkout to receive 20% off any Challenge purchase during the Promotion period.

Following the close of entries, three (3) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and contacted directly by email before November 7, 2025.

Winners must verify their identity before prizes are awarded.

5. Prizes

Eligible Participants have the chance to win one of the following prizes:

  • 1st Prize: iPhone 17 Pro or Samsung Galaxy S25 Pro

  • 2nd Prize: Apple Watch Series 11 or Galaxy Watch 8

  • 3rd Prize: Apple AirPods Pro 3 or Galaxy Buds 3 Pro

Winners will be contacted via the email used for their qualifying purchase. Prizes will be delivered following verification of eligibility and confirmation of details.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

Apple, Samsung, and other mentioned brands are not sponsors or affiliates of this Promotion.

6. Promotion Validity

This Promotion applies exclusively to purchases made between October 26 and November 2, 2025 (23:59 UTC).

The Promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers available from FunderPro.

FunderPro reserves the right to disqualify any Participant suspected of breaching these T&Cs, the GTC, or applicable regulations, or engaging in fraudulent, manipulative, or otherwise inappropriate conduct.

7. Data Protection

All personal data collected and processed for the purposes of the Promotion shall be handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national laws.

FunderPro undertakes to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the secure, lawful, and transparent processing of all participant data.

8. Disqualification

A Participant may be disqualified from the Promotion if:

  • FunderPro determines that the Participant used fraudulent or manipulative methods to increase their chances of winning (e.g., creation of multiple or fake accounts).

  • The Participant breaches any of these T&Cs, the GTC, or other applicable FunderPro policies.

FunderPro reserves the right to exclude disqualified participants from future promotions at its sole discretion.

9. Disclaimer

FunderPro reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion in whole or in part at any time, without prior notice, due to unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FunderPro shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, damage, or expense arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, participation therein, or these T&Cs.

FunderPro’s total liability under these T&Cs shall not exceed the amount paid by the Participant for a Challenge purchase during the Promotion period.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. The courts of Malta shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to the Promotion, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws of the participant’s jurisdiction.
